We partnered with Shannon through our first home-buying experience, and needless to say, she made it an incredibly enjoyable experience. From house tours, pre-inspections, sewer scopes, and communicating with Listing Agents–Shannon has a high EQ that enables her to work with an array of people and personalities, in addition to a vastly reliable network she can lean into with short notice. We ended up in a bidding war for our dream house amongst 5 competing offers, and in all honesty, I believe we won due to Shannon's proactive communication. She was first to reach out to the Listing Agent, first to schedule a pre-inspection, and first to schedule a sewer scope (calling on people in her network who were able to accommodate 8 AM Monday morning appointments). Throughout the process, she built trust with the Listing Agent who ultimately favored our offer citing our serious intent in pursuing the house from the start. Our house was only on the market for six days, and Shannon made all inspections happen in three. I highly recommend Shannon and will continue to refer her to everyone in my network. Her patience, communication, and intelligence allow her to thrive when working with new home buyers, and I imagine those same skills play in her favor with experienced buyers. She is honest, jovial, and extremely diligent down to every detail, with the work ethic of Beyoncé.
