We partnered with Shannon through our first home buying experience, and needless to say, she made it an incredibly enjoyable experience. We met with several realtors prior to meeting Shannon, but we still didn't have a firm understanding of what we wanted in our realtor. Through all the conversations, it wasn't until we met Shannon that we realized we absolutely wanted to work with her. Her knowledge of the Seattle market became apparent within the first five minutes, in addition to her understanding of electrical, structural, and regulatory issues. In working with Shannon, we appreciated her quick response, her attentive follow through, but most importantly, her proactive work ethic. We would re-group every day (this was our preferred communication cadence and Shannon was always willing to make herself available to talk). Amidst Shannon's busy schedule (it speaks volumes that you have a realtor in high-demand because they have more network connections and industry knowledge!), she never made us feel like we weren't being serviced. If anything, she was working tirelessly behind the scenes to orchestrate everything. From house tours, pre-inspections, sewer scopes, and communicating with Listing Agents -- Shannon has a high EQ that enables her to work with an array of people and personalities, in addition to a vastly reliable network she can lean into with short notice. We ended up in a bid war for our dream house amongst 5 competing offers, and in all honesty, I believe we won due to Shannon's proactive communication. She was first to reach out to the Listing Agent, first to schedule a pre-inspection, and first to schedule a sewer scope (calling on people in her network who were able to accommodate 8AM Monday morning appointments). Throughout the process, she built trust with the Listing Agent who ultimately favored our offer citing our serious intent in pursuing the house from the start. Our house was only on the market for six days, and Shannon made all inspections happen in three. I highly recommend Shannon and will continue to refer her to everyone in my network. Her patience, communication, and intelligence allow her to thrive when working with new home buyers, and I imagine those same skills play to her favor with experienced buyers. She is honest, jovial, and extremely diligent down to every detail, with the work ethic of Beyoncé.

I have worked with Shannon for over five years now, on the sale of two homes and purchase of one. I highly recommend Shannon to anyone who is looking for a realtor with an eye for detail and deep knowledge about structures/ repairs/ inspections. Shannon is an extrovert, which makes the process of exploring properties with her easy and fun. She also knows the Seattle metro area very well, which helped me understand which local parks, restaurants, etc. I would have access to. In addition, she was always available for questions and check-ins. Shannon is awesome! I was very skeptical of agents prior to Shannon. in fact, I was planning on doing all the work myself and getting a rebate from the selling agent.
